Teenagers use technology more than ever – but is it controlling their lives? As part of BBC School Report’s News Day, three teenagers describe the impact technology and social media have on their sleep, relationships, and free time.
Heather, 15 – Priory School, Portsmouth
Heather spends one to three hours daily on Facebook, which is less than many of her friends. She uses her laptop for studying but often keeps social media open at the same time.
